You are given the option to consult face-to-face or over the phone based on your location. To create your event proposal, we need the following information including the event name, type, date, theme, estimated attendance, and budget to begin our consultation. We will also require a high-level overview of your event along with your vision, objectives, and any ideas they have in mind. Our aim is to gather comprehensive information about your upcoming event to fully understand your vision throughout this phase.
After the consultation process is through, our expert knowledge of Intel ensures that we cover the scope of your event. During the development of your event concepts and ideas, we conduct extensive research. Our goal is to provide a personalized research experience that includes site visits, event layouts, and more that will be provided within the proposal.

We are serious about our projects. Clients can expect to receive proposals for review within 7-14 days after their consultation.
We will provide our clients with a period of 7 days to review their proposals and address any queries or concerns they may have via email or call. We will then provide detailed and clear responses promptly in addressing any uncertainties and offer solutions if necessary. Immediately we will make adjustments to your proposal, if appropriate, to meet our client’s needs. Once the detailed layout is agreed upon, the creative director and client will review and refine all ideas to confirm the event.
After receiving confirmation of interest in our event planning services via email, we ask the client to state “event confirmed” for mobilization. We will then send out a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of our services which specifies the required deposit amount and due date.
We always encourage our clients to review the contract carefully before signing it. The client is requested to email us the signed copy at events@delukxconcept.com. Within the contract, we will also provide clear instructions for making the deposit payment, which can be done electronically, by check or cash payment. The client will then receive confirmation of the deposit payment through email which will start the event planning process.
After this process, we will schedule a kick-off meeting with the client to start the event planning process. During this meeting, we will discuss timelines, expectations, and the next steps in detail. It is imperative for us to keep our clients in the loop throughout the entire event planning process. Consistent communication helps to ensure that our expectations are met and any issues can be addressed promptly. On the day of the event, our job is to ensure everything runs smoothly according to the plan in creating that luxury experience for our client.
