After completing his studies, he started his profession at the Main Event Entertainment Group Limited which is the leading events company within the Caribbean in 2018-2020.
Delukx Concept was founded by Kadeem Mundy in November 2021 and launched on March 20, 2022. Kadeem serves as the owner and creative director.

As Lead Event Stylist at M Style Xp, he executed significant events in Jamaica, including the Jamaica Rum Festival and Reggae Sumfest in 2019. He earned a Certificate in Interior Design from the New York School of Design after moving to Florida in 2020. He turned his passion for space into a successful event company which wasn’t possible without a team.
